This programme is designed for players with national and/or international tournament experience. This programme will focus on fine tuning their strokes, working on shot patterns, tennis-specific fitness and conditioning; footwork and movement, health and nutrition, performance, injury prevention, and mental toughness.
The players will learn the advanced techniques and implementation of tactics, strategies, and varied game plans.
Any highly skilled players may join this programme depending on an assessment of their abilities, goals, and willingness to give their best at all times in keeping with the agreed objectives with the parents, player and coach. This assessment must be approved by the Director of Tennis.

Private, Semi-Private and Group Lessons
Each lesson has a coach to player ratio typically between 2:1 and 4:1. Players may start lessons at any time, and the session rate will be adjusted accordingly. Enrollment in these lessons are for one hour. No refunds. To ensure quality lessons, we reserve the right to move students to appropriate groups.
Match play will also be arranged for the players against similarly skilled opponents through programmes such as the seasonal ladder or one-off matches coordinated between the players.
The High Performance Programme is designed to provide trainings in a practical and science based approach that includes the following process elements:
Assessment - Assess current state, identify needs, assess expectations and commit to the process.
Training Plan - Set goals, develop personalized plan and roadmap to success, and execute.
Periodic Review and Monitoring of performance against Goals - Evaluate training and competition performances and re-evaluate plan and goals.
Action Plan - Execute training and performance plan to achieve the agreed goals.
