Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program catering to all fitness levels. Bringing together a variety of cardio workouts, a range of fun tennis drills, all to a high-energy soundtrack in a safe social environment. The program is focused on leading a healthy, fun and active lifestyle.
All activities are designed to raise heart rates into the aerobic training zone, with the intention of burning optimal calories while improving basic racquet and footwork skills.
No tennis playing experience is necessary to take part, simply a desire to stay in shape and have fun on the tennis court.

Each session ranges between 60-75 minutes.
No. The best thing about Cardio Tennis is that you do not have to be good at tennis to get involved. Your coach is trained to mix up the activities to cater for all skill and fitness levels, so while it’s a great for beginners, more experienced tennis players will also have a great time.

Tennis racquet. Coach might have some to loan but it’s best to call before to check.
Your favourite workout gear and trainers (preferably non-marking sole).
Water bottle, cap, towel, and mask.
