A fun, easy, and active way to help beginner adults play the game quickly.
Once you have developed the basic skills and confidence, you may also consider participating in other adult programmes such as Adult Red Ball Tennis, Cardio Tennis, or Adult Tennis Clinics.
Depending on your skill level you may also have the opportunity to participate in tennis leagues, tennis ladders, and tennis mixers.

WHO’S CONSIDERED AN ADULT BEGINNER PLAYER?
You have never played tennis before or are relatively new to tennis.
You received basic coaching but have never played the game outside of a coaching environment.
You are returning to tennis after a long period of absence.
BENEFITS OF THE STARTER PACK?
Learn the basic techniques, tactics and Rules of Tennis.
Be able to play fun competitive tennis on a full court.
Understand both singles and doubles competition formats and the scoring systems used in tennis.
